Audio Desync on STB. Necessary Checks.
If you encounter desynchronization of audio and video on STBs, please check the following before contacting Support Team.
- Try to reproduce the problem on a different STB model at the customer location.
- Is the audio output directly by the TV, or is there an external speaker / soundbar or HDMI ARC connection? Try to reproduce the problem where the sound is output directly by the TV.
- Connect STB to TV with analog cable. Try to reproduce the problem.
- Check if there are “Audio Delay” or “Lip Sync” options in the TV or soundbar settings. Try to reset it to defaults or try to adjust it.
