What is SmartCARE
SmartLabs SmartCARE — a software solution for monitoring the quality of services in IPTV and OTT networks.
The SmartCARE solution uses a client-server architecture that includes a SmartCARE server and software components embedded in the operator’s IPTV or OTT platform.
SmartCARE clients are various equipment and systems involved in the IPTV/OTT services implementation. Based on data from clients, the SmartCARE server allows operator’s duty staff and technical support staff to identify in real-time problems on the IPTV/OTT platform side, which can lead to complete loss, scattering, jittering or freezing of the image. In such cases, SmartCARE instantly displays all the necessary information to quickly find the source of problems.

SmartCARE User Interface
SmartCARE user interface is a web panel allowing to view and analyze detailed statistics on subscribers, TV channels and various platform nodes. Users can create individual on-line monitoring panels (Dashboards), move the necessary graphs onto them and monitor the most critical system parameters in real time. Accumulated statistics and diagrams can be exported in CSV, PNG and PDF formats.
