Generating Reports

The SmartTUBE Admin Console allows you to create reports, filter data for them and export to CSV or XLS file.

In reports containing data on channel / movie views, one view is playback of the channel / movie by the subscriber device for at least 60 seconds.

Reports Description

• Created/deleted accounts report — the number of accounts added / deleted during the specified period. Deleted accounts — accounts that have passed to the “Closed” state.
• Service accounts not authorized till now — a list of service accounts without any activity (authorizations) for the specified period until today (set by field Days till now).
• Service accounts without new connections — a list of of service accounts without any activity (terminal connections) for the specified period until today (set by field Days till now).
• Service account w/o terminals — a list of accounts that either do not have any terminals, or all terminals have no UID.
• Number of pricing plan changes — the number of pricing plan shifts for the period with details by plan names.
• Percentage of accounts by state — the number and percentage of accounts by state on the specified day.
• Percentage of users by pricing plan — the number and percentage of accounts by pricing plan for the period.
• Statistics by device types — the number of terminals of different types.
• Statistics by app versions — the number of terminals of different SmartTUBE app versions.
• Terminals — detailed info on the terminals authorized during the specified period.
• Device online info — info on terminals currently viewing content.
• Service consumption — the number of accounts by consumed services (bundles).
• Service consumption in detail — info on the consumption of services, detailed by accounts.
• SVOD metacontent view count — info on the SVoD content consumption, detailed by the movie/series name.
• Detailed report by SVOD — detailed info on the SVoD content consumption.
• Channel viewing statistics — the number and duration of the selected channel’s views in Live / TSTV mode over the time interval.
• Device combinations on service accounts — all the unique combinations of devices connected to the accounts.
• Subscribed services — the number of service subscription facts in the specified time frame throughout the whole subscriber base.
• Subscribed services detailed info — the number of service subscription facts in the specified time frame with account detail.
• Purchased TVOD movies — the number of movie purchase facts in the specified time frame throughout the whole subscriber base.
• Purchased TVOD movies detailed info — the number of movie purchase facts in the specified time frame with account detail.
• TOP 10 most viewed TV programs — the number of TV program in-archive views for the specified time frame.
