Reports can be generated for any user-defined time period or viewed in real time for operational monitoring.

Historical Reports

SmartTUBE SDP offers a wide range of historical reports that can be generated for specific timeframes.

Service Accounts and Devices

• Created/deleted accounts: number of accounts created or removed during the selected period.
• Inactive accounts: list of service accounts without any authorizations to date.
• Accounts without new device connections: accounts that have not connected any new devices within the selected period.
• Individual service account report: history of service bundle subscriptions, status changes, nPVR usage and errors, accepted text offers, and pricing plan changes.
• Pricing plan changes: number of plan changes with previous and new plan details.
• Accounts by state: count and percentage of accounts by current status on the selected date.
• Accounts by pricing plan: count and percentage of accounts per pricing plan on the selected date.
• Device activity: list of devices authorized during the selected period, filterable by service account, device name, UID, and device type.
• Device UID changes: record of all changes to registered device identifiers.

Service and Content Consumption

• Service bundle subscriptions: number of service accounts subscribed to each bundle within the selected period.
• Detailed service bundle report: breakdown of bundle subscriptions by account and pricing plan.
• Purchased TVoD content: report on transactional VoD purchases during the period.
• Detailed TVoD purchases: detailed view of all TVoD transactions.
• SVoD view count: report on SVoD content views, filterable by service bundle and content provider.
• Detailed SVoD report: detailed list of SVoD subscriptions and content access per bundle or provider.
• VoD view statistics: number and duration of xVoD content views, grouped by time interval (hour, day, etc.) and filterable by movie or episode.
• Channel coverage: audience and viewing duration statistics for live and catch-up TV, grouped by time period (day, month) and filterable by channel, device type, pricing plan, and viewing duration.
• Channel viewing statistics: number and duration of live and catch-up channel views, grouped by intervals (5 min, hour, day) and filterable by channel and device type.
• Top 10 TV programs: list of the ten most viewed TV programs during the selected period, with optional channel filtering.

Real-Time Reports

Real-time reports provide up-to-date insights into devices, app usage, and subscriber connections.

• Accounts without devices: list of service accounts without connected devices or with devices missing a UID.
• Device combinations per account: all unique device combinations linked to accounts, grouped by account state and device count.
• Device type statistics: current number of registered devices by type.
• App version statistics: distribution of SmartTUBE App versions, filterable by device type, model, and app version.
